Online Classe Classes 2021
I am so happy that I can still support you with yoga in the comfort of your own home with yoga online, which has proven to be very successful over the lockdown period.
The Online Shala is running on:
Mondays at 6pm for 60 min class.
Thursdays at 6.15pm for 90 min class
Sunday workshops are also available please check the workshop page for details:
Early Morning Practice Week will run:
Monday 11th Jan 6.30am – 8.00am
Wednesday 13th Jan 6.30 – 8.00am
Friday 15th Jan 6.30am – 8.00am
Over the lockdown period, I have created a collection of live classes and specially crafted classes to support your development in your practice.
There is a wide range of classes which offer not only the physical practice and the breakdown and modifications of postures, but also a collection of supportive breath work, and meditations.
Monthly subscription will open shortly and the classes will be hosted here:
Full Classes, Posture break downs, a wealth of shorter 20 min, 30 min and 40 min classes, and a pranayama challenge are all accessible.
Access is renewed each Month so there is no roll on subscription.
This houses classes from March 2020 – August 2020, and from November we have new classes being developed especially for the library.
