One to one is my favourite way of teaching, it is the original way that yoga was taught.
It is where the true healing happens, and the real advancement, where people really learn to spread their wings and take flight!
There are many reasons why you may wish to have a one 2 one session.
You may have a specific injury or alignment issue that needs individual attention on.
Perhaps you are so busy in work and family that the only way you can envisage yourself taking time out is if I come and knock on your door and force you to breathe!
Or maybe you are a beginner and would like to fully understand what you are getting into before you take a public class?
Or perhaps you are looking to advance your practise beyond what you have experienced in a public class before.
Here, you get my undivided attention and we can work on a level that unavailable in class, and enables me to tailor the practice to your specific needs and interests.
A private session can be conducted at your home, workplace or at one of my studios and is at a time that is suitable for you.
It can take the form of a one-to-one or be shared with friends, colleagues and husbands/wives and children.
Different abilities can be easily accommodated within a single session as well as individual alignment adjustment.
Prices start from £50 depending on numbers, location and lesson length.
