Supporting you in Lockdown.

I have created online classes for Self Care and Support during Corona Virus Lockdown.

Its become a beautiful little online community of people who are finding ways to navigate our new and ever changing situation.

We find ourselves in challenging times, thrown into a time of isolation, fearful news and anxiety.

A short meditation, movement, or self care practice isn’t a total fix for our difficulties, but creating routine can plant the seeds of self care that will support us as we navigate our challenges. Yoga has supported me through all of my life’s challenges, I know I can turn again to the beautiful teachings to support us through this new era.

My invitation to you is to spend a little time with these practices that we are learning together, contemplating how the change we are now experiencing can be supportive in your own growth and adaptation of our situation.


The classes are divided into Monthly chapters.

The Chapters begin with the 14 day Breath work challenge.  You may start with one of the breath work practises before beginning your class for the day, or use it on it’s own.

The Next Chapter is housing our Fabulous 15, a daily 15 min practice to help you to reconnect to a regular practice.  These classes started as a 5 day challenge on Facebook, we continue the challenge here until the end of November!

Following on you will find a range of classes from our summer lockdown. You are welcome to go through and take any class that resonates with you. The focus and length of class is within the class title.

Bespoke 121 Yoga Programme Online

Working with the natural rhythms of our time, we will discover exactly what is needed to help you feel enriched and supported during your practice.

Studying the physical asana, pranayama, meditation and ways into postures either by creating strength, or increasing flexibility and really tailoring the system to your individual needs.
