Yoga for pregnancy will build your strength and stamina whilst bringing awareness to the changes in your body and your growing baby. It aims to empower you towards an active and conscious birth.
We will explore postures and breath work that support both labour and birth. By using relaxation and visualization techniques we will prepare your mind and body which will encourage you to draw upon your inherent strength and ability to nurture yourself and your baby during pregnancy, birth and beyond.
