I have the pleasure of hosting my wonderful teacher, and John Scotts’ senior teacher, Sandra Howling.  Join us for a morning of self practise, where you will work through your practise while Sandra guides and assists you to explore new ways to approach a pose, find your breath and deepen your experience of where you are in your practise.  Self practise is truly a wonderful way to experience the ashtanga teachings. In the afternoon we will  go over any technique that arises from the morning sessions andexpand our knowledge of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga with a wonderful connection to pranayama and philosophy.

Morning Practise Spaces limited to 6 students per group.

Drinks and snacks are provided on the day too.

Let’s make no bones about it, Arm Balances are tricky poses!

This playful and inspiring Playshop will help you to understand how to apply techniques in order to get lift-off with confidence.  Learn how to use your breath, let go of struggle and be open to all possibilities.

You will learn how to connect to your core, explore the foundations and mechanics to make these empowering poses part of your regular practice; moving beyond your limitations with balance and strength.
