Which Style to Choose
If you have never done yoga before you would be best supported by a Beginners Hatha class.
If you have some experience of how to move with the breath, you may like to try Ashtanga which will give you a strong base from which to progress as we work through the Primary series.
If you know you love Ashtanga or a interested in moving forward with a self practice then Mysore class is perfect for you.
If you have a specific injury that you need to work with, or find class times difficult to get to you may be interested in One-to-One sessions
Perhaps you’d prefer to have a class come to you. If you have a friend or a group of friends, colleagues or family that wish to share a class and you have some space, I can come to you for a Private Session. Alternatively classes could be arranged in one of my venues.
